Western Union stopped my account after several years, with no explanation

I have been using Western Union to send funds to friends in Bali for several years now. Initially it was cash pick up for them and latterly it was bank transfer. It had all been running very smoothly until Feb this year when, my account was frozen by W.U with no warning nor explanation. I have been in touch via email and Facebook messenger but even after filling in several forms, responding to all their questions I am no further forward. The dept in question will not give me a phone number to actually speak to a person. Has any one else had a similar experience ? I am really at my wit's end as the funds are for family support and education. I am currently having to send the money through my bank at a cost to me.

why don't you use one of the many transfer ones? I use https://wise.com/ - you can put the money directly into the persons account.
