TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “THE ROCKS 2021” (the “Competition”).

 

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.

1.ENTRY ROUTES AND COSTS Entries are restricted to one entry per person. Entry to the Competition is available via the following routes: (A) Online at [https://planetradio.co.uk/planet-rock/] Online entry is free of charge.

2.COMPETITION

HOW TO WIN There will be one winner of the Competition. All valid entries will be pooled and the winner will be chosen by electronic random draw on W/C 24th May 2021.

3. ENTRY PERIOD Entries must be submitted during the following entry period: From 1pm Monday 10th May 2021 (the “Start Time”) to 12pm Monday 24th May 2021 (“End Time”). Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid. Winner Announcement. The name and the home town of the winner will be announced within 7 days of the closing of the competition, on planetrock.com However if the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days from the date of the initial attempt to contact them, then we will re-draw until we draw a winner that we are satisfied (in our sole discretion) fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.

4. ENTRY

RESTRICTIONS · Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. · Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter. · We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms. Other entry restrictions are as follows: · Competition winner must be able to attend Steelhouse Festival 2021, 23rd – 25th July 2021

5. THE PRIZE 1 winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”): A pair (2) of weekend camping tickets to Steelhouse Festival 2021, 23rd – 25th July 2021 The Prize is provided by Bauer Media (the “Prize Provider”). We are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery or a prize winner being unable to take up any aspect, or the entirety of the prize due to their own circumstances or restrictions.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. Travel not included. EVENTS PRIZES: One winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”): · 2 tickets for Steelhouse Festival on 23rd – 25th July at Ebbw Vale, Wales, NP13 2ER · Any of the venue or events own applicable terms and conditions will also apply to this prize. Please check with the venue and/or event organiser as appropriate to check their own terms and conditions, rules and policies which shall apply. · Unless expressly stated otherwise, travel to and from the event/venue, any accommodation or the cost of any spending money, food, drink or any other sustenance is not included in the prize and a prize winner and any of their guests shall be responsible for bearing the cost of any such additional expenses incurred in taking up the prize. · All attendees to the event must be aged 18 or over. · It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Provider of any special requirements or adjustments which need to be made for any person attending the event as a prize winner, or as their guest, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines issued by the event and/or venue.
