Studio 24 - Quantity Shortage

I placed an order with Studio 24, have ordered many times and never had a problem. Last order placed was delivered in 3 seperate packages, 2 of these packages contained the same items but different sizes. One package was short on quantity although the delivery note stated that the package contained all items. Package had no rips, it just hadnt been sent. I rang Studio straight away and explained, call handler kept putting me on hold seeming unable to grasp what I was trying to say. I was then told that missing item would be received on another delivery because the quantity 2 had been highlighted in green. I really felt fobbed off but had to allow time. two days later the other package arrived, my missing item was not inside and the delivery note was the same quantity 2 highlighted so this is just a standard highlight the quantity when packing orders.
I sent an email explaining everything as wanted written proof, I stated I had paid what was owed minus the amount for the missing item and that I do not want to be charged interest for an item I had not received. I received an email back stating your package was delivered, we have proof, can you check you have not mislaid it blah blah blah. We need permission to contact delivery company as we have a photo of it inside your porch, my delivery man is lovely and as I said before no rips on the package so it was not sent.
Another email has been sent explaining in the most simpliest, easy to read email that I can write.
What can I do now? Thank You
