I'd be very careful buying a load of clothes and returning the ones you don't like/don't fit, particularly with Amazon. They're well known to dump customers who have a high rate of returns.

I think the issue here is amazon being a money-grubbing multinational that puts profit above customer satisfaction

You can get them to call you back using the Customer Services link. (Bottom of the Web page under Let Us Help You. You'll have to wade through a few steps but eventually, they will offer to call you. My returns issue was resolved on the spot after I sent proof of postage as a photo.-1
