i notice now mascara adverts always say 'filmed with lash inserts' so i presume they all got caught out being lying !!!!!!!ios. im yet to find one that 'does the job' how i want it.There's someone in my head, but it's not me0

Ha:eek: Not much of an advert for them (who ever they are) if it makes you determined never to buy it:rolleyes: who is it0

i bought the mag for the freebie mascara too, it was the ruby and millie one. Mine was rubbish too, i've used it twice and is was really cloggy and yucky. Not impressed! put me off ever buying any of their products, not good advertising! The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

It's in the best interest of Ruby and Millie to give away a quality mascara to encourage people to buy their products. Free should not equal Rubbish
OP, have you contacted Ruby and Millie with your concerns? I certainly would.Between two evils, I always pick the one I never tried before0 -
When I apply mascara I like to use a lash comb afterwards to separate lashes and remove any clumps. I have found that even the nicest mascara can sometimes clump a little. Wiping the excess off on a tissue before applying also helps as some styles of mascara brush hold way too much product.0
