Does anyone know if it is possible to get Landlord's insurance for flats with non-ACM cladding that will be replaced at some point in the future?
Any recommendations?
I'm looking for fixtures and fittings and Property owners' liability cover.

My understanding from speaking to others in similar positions is that it should be no issue assuming the freeholder has valid building insurance.1

I've been passed around from one company to the next and haven't found anyone willing to insure. If anyone knows an insurance company that offers cover, please can you let me know?
There must be thousands of landlords on this forum. Who do you use?
