AVRO Customer Service || FAIL ||
Is it too much to ask for some customer service?
- AVRO sent me an email inviting me to click on a link to see my renewal quote. The link takes me to a broken page. || FAIL ||
- In the same message they invite me to call them to discuss my renewal on 0330 058 2005. There I get a recorded message saying they cannot talk to anyone because of the current COVID Pandemic - really - in 15 the months we have been locked down, they are not able to sort out how to provide telephone support for their customers? || FAIL ||
- Final option, I have emailed them for support - a week ago. Suprise, suprise, no reply! || FAIL ||

Avro do state the replies are taking longer due to people working from home, I think it was currently 12 daysBe happy, it's the greatest wealth0
