AVRO Customer Service || FAIL ||

Is it too much to ask for some customer service? 
  • AVRO sent me an email inviting me to click on a link to see my renewal quote. The link takes me to a broken page.  || FAIL ||
  • In the same message they invite me to call them to discuss my renewal on 0330 058 2005.  There I get a recorded message saying they cannot talk to anyone because of the current COVID Pandemic - really - in 15 the months we have been locked down, they are not able to sort out how to provide telephone support for their customers?  || FAIL ||
  • Final option, I have emailed them for support - a week ago. Suprise, suprise, no reply!   || FAIL ||
Guess I know one supplier who will not be providing me with from next month then!
