Student loans while In an IVA
I posted a while ago about getting student loans and maintenance loans whilst on an IVA. I got a maintenance loan which got paid into my bank (around £1500 over the course of the year). However, I never bothered to phone up Student Finance before I started getting the payments made to cancel them. This got paid into my Monzo account and I've spent it all on different things. Now I'm panicking that the IP will find out about it even though my IVA payments come out of my Starling Bank account. Have I seriously jeopardised my IVA now? At the annual review they never asked to see statements from other accounts though?

No, you will be fine, just provide statements from your other, listed account, they don`t delve too deeply into things.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
