Signed Credit agreement and only part of goods

Approx 17 weeks ago I ordered 2 sofas f room Sofolgy. I paid £300 deposit and arranged finance through them for the remaining £2,300. They use V12 finance.
On Friday I was supposed to get the sofas delivered. They delivered the 3 seater, driver said 2 seater would possibly on another delivery. It seemed strange but left it at that as they were just the delivery team.
Called Sofolgy and spent 2 hours in a queue only to be cut off their system when I had reached number 1 in the queue!
Have emailed them and just had a reply saying they are really busy and they will get back to me as soon as possible.
Finance company say they will start taking money on the 1st June as I signed the agreement as their system says I received my order on Friday and it's tricky apparently because I have half of the order.

Can they do this as Sofolgy have breached their agreement with me? Should we have rejected the 3 seater sofa?

I'm really worried now after reading the latest trust pilot reviews.
Any advice would be gratefully received. Thank you in advance.......

Exactly the same thing happened with our order, costing £2400. The love seat and foot stool arrived in the wrong colour and as such were taken back by the delivery drivers. Upon speaking with Sofology as it is all made to order i had to wait another 12 weeks for the items to arrive in the correct colouration however V12 finance still start the finance from the original delivery date when the 3 seater was delivered even though i queried it.

However, the finance still has to be paid so putting off the 1st finance payment till the whole order arrived just means youll be paying later than originally planned so we paid a planned. I suppose if you are considering rejecting the whole order then thats a different issue.

    Good Luck

What are you actually aiming for? You will have to pay the finance over time regardless, so are you seeking to delay part of the finance agreement? That would in no way benefit you so you might as well start paying anyway as ultimately it still has to be paid off.
