NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION AND WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IN RELATION TO AN ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM EXCLUDED. Capitalized terms used and not defined in this section have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Official Rules.

Winners:

One (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) in connection with the Grand-Prize Promotion (as defined in Section 2(A) of the Official Rules, and further described herein).

Two thousand and twenty-one (2021) secondary prize winners (the “Secondary Prize Winners” and each a “Secondary Prize Winner”).

The Grand Prize Winner and the Secondary Prize Winners shall hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Winner” and collectively as the “Winners.”

The Grand Prize Winner and Secondary Prize Winners may be eligible to win multiple Prizes in this Promotion. For example, a Winner could win the Devon House and the BMW F96 x6 M Competition or a Winner could win a weekly cash prize and the BMW F96 x6 M Competition (See Section 10, below for Prize details and descriptions). In addition, notwithstanding anything contained in Section 1(A)(I) of the Official Rules to the contrary, individuals who have won any other grand prize in a Grand-Prize Promotion at Omaze.co.uk within eighteen (18) months before the date of entry into this Promotion may be eligible to enter or win any Prize in this Promotion, even if such individual won a grand prize in a Grand-Prize Promotion at Omaze.co.uk. Deadline To Enter / Entry Period:

This Promotion includes a Grand-Prize Promotion and various Secondary Promotions, which will be conducted by various prize draws (“Drawings”) for the prizes (each a “Prize”) identified in Tables 1 and 2, below. The Grand-Prize Promotion shall be conducted as one (1) Drawing with entry periods for one (1) Prize identified in Table 1, below (the “Grand Prize Entry Period”). How to Enter:

To enter a Secondary Promotion in this Promotion (the Early Bird Promotions, Weekly Cash Promotions, Gift Card Promotions, and Flash Draw Promotions), individuals must enter the Grand-Prize Promotion during an applicable Secondary Promotion Entry Period identified in Section 4, Table 2, above, using any method of entry.  All Participants who enter the Grand-Prize Promotion during an applicable Secondary Promotion Entry Period will automatically receive the same number of entries into such Secondary Promotion as the number of valid entries they received for the Grand Prize Promotion during the applicable Secondary Promotion Entry Period, up to the Secondary Promotion’s entry limit, as applicable.

Entry Limit:

There is no entry limit for UK residents in this Promotion, regardless of the method of entry.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

Potential Winner Notifications, Confirmation & Verification Process:

On or after the applicable Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, Potential Winner(s) (as defined in Section 5 of the Official Rules) will be selected for each Drawing using a verifiably random process from all eligible entries received. Potential Winner(s) will be notified and must respond within 96 hours of the Potential Winner notification email being sent, in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules. Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Omaze in accordance with the terms and restrictions stated in the Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during an applicable Entry Period.

Winner Announced:

Winners will be announced by Omaze on or after the Friday following the relevant Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later.

Prize Details:

The following Prizes will be awarded in connection with the Drawings as outlined in the Drawing schedules in Section 4, above. Except as explicitly stated herein, all Prizes are awarded as is, without any representations or warranties. Unless noted in the Prize details in this Section 10, Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, costs, and fees associated with Prize receipt, ownership, and/or use.  To accept the Prizes, Winners must accurately complete and timely return all documentation required by the Prize Provider, and failure to complete and timely return any required documentation within a reasonable time, or such other time period expressly provided by Prize Provider in writing, may result in disqualification.

1. Grand Prize Promotion: Grand Prize Drawing

   Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive (i) the advertised home located in North Devon (the “Property”) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): £3,000,000 GBP), including home furnishings (ARV: £170,000 GBP); and (ii) £20,000 for first year running costs associated with the Property ((i) and (ii) collectively the “Grand Prize”). Actual value of the Property depends on market fluctuations. Omaze will settle the following taxes and costs incurred by the winner of the Grand Prize in relation to their acceptance and use of the Grand Prize: stamp duty land tax and reasonable conveyancers fees. Any other taxes, costs, and fees associated with the Grand Prize will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.

   The specifics of all elements of the Grand Prize in this Grand-Prize Promotion shall be solely determined by Promoter. Some restrictions may apply, and any Grand Prize elements not specifically described in this Section 10(a) may be determined by Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute all or part of the Grand Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value.

2. Secondary Promotion Prizes
   1. Early Bird Promotion Prizes
      1. Early Bird Prize 1: The following Secondary Prize shall be awarded to one (1) Secondary Prize Winner: one (1) 2021 model year BMW F96 x6 M Competition (ARV £114,755 GBP).
      2. Early Bird Prize 2: The following Secondary Prize shall be awarded to one (1) Secondary Prize Winner: one (1) 2021 model year Aston Martin Vantage Roadster (ARV £154,000 GBP).
   2. Weekly Cash Prize Promotion Prizes: The following Secondary Prize shall be awarded one (1) Secondary Prize Winner for each weekly Drawing outlined in Section 4, Table 2, above, for a total of eighteen (18) Secondary Prize Winners for the Weekly Cash Prize Promotion: £1,000 GBP in a cash payment.
   3. Gift Card Promotion Prizes: The following Secondary Prize shall be awarded to two thousand and one (2,001) Secondary Prize Winners after the Grand Prize has been awarded: £10 gift card (ARV £10 GBP each).
   4. Flash Draw Promotions Prizes: For each Flash Draw Promotion Drawing, the Prize(s) available will be clearly publicised on the marketing materials for each Flash Draw Promotion, including prize descriptions and any applicable restrictions.

Fundraising Transparency:

If you make a monetary payment to us to enter the Promotion (an “Entry Fee”), Omaze will donate at least 80% of the Net Proceeds to the applicable Charity (each a “Donation”) with a guaranteed minimum Donation of £100,000 irrespective of sales. “Net Proceeds” means 100% of your Entry Fee, minus the costs associated with providing the Prizes, and the reasonable costs of marketing and operating the Promotion. We do not deduct our salaries or central overheads from the Donations. In relation to the Million Pound House Draw- Devon Promotion, all Donations will be passed on to The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (commonly referred to as the “NSPCC” and a registered charity in England and Wales (216401), Scotland (SC037717) and Jersey (384)) (“Charity”) as outlined in these Experience Rules.
