Has anyone had any experience with this? we have a problem that has been dragging on for over a year now in that because we signed an agreement but the goods werent delivered but the money was released to the supplier on the brokers say so (that it had been delivered) presume so he could get his fat commission, we are now being held liable for the debt. There are a few other problems but this is the main one - the loan provider a very large company have said that they made an error but we still have to pay the shortfall after they have sold the equipment that we should have had. the business has now been folded up before it started as we didnt have the said equipment to trade. this is extremely worrying and despite raising it with all we can and spending money on a solicitor we havent got anywhere its like the very large company concerned are stuck in a groove and wont budge. help if anyone can? thanx
