Hello.
I had a disabled facilities grant approx 3 and half years ago .
Part of it was to coat the washroom floor .
The floor is now worn away and discoloured were the most foot fall is and when it gets wet gets slippy .
When floor was done council owned house .
We bought it 2 years ago .
My question is can I ask for it to be resurfaced ?
And do you think the contractor would give a warranty it was a specialist company who laid it down.
Thank you 😊

All you can do is ask, the worst that can happen is they refuse you. For this you will need to contact your local council.
