Cost of adding an electric sub meter?

Hi all,
Does anyone know what it would cost on average to add a sub meter to a main electric meter, for the purpose of monitoring the cost of a workshop to be used by a neighbour? I.e. I would like to be able to work out what just the workshop uses in electricity.
I have no idea at this stage whether it’s likely to be a big expense, or not?!

The workshop electric supply already comes off the main electric meter, by the way.
Many thanks

About £25 for the meter plus the electricians time, say £50-75. So up to £100.
