EDF My Energy Trends
Late February 2021 Smart meters installed
Home display working fine
On-line in My Energy Trends
Electricity stopped updating 24th March 2021
Gas stopped updating 22nd march 2021
I had a Whatsapp chat with EDF regarding the above, their eventual answer was that My Energy Trends updates
when a bill is generated and the on-line energy trend would not update until my next bill in September
Surely this is not correct
Thanks
Steve

EDF want every customer to graduate to 6 monthly billing - It saves them money. However it's not good for customers, if there is a wiring or appliance problem in the customers home., ( Fridges & Freezers are common culprits), the customer won't know for months that he burning extra power which must be paid for0

There are various ways of monitoring consumption that do not require an online account with a supplier. For example, Bright App can be set up by Hildebrand (a registered DCC User) or data can be seen on N3rgy.com (sign up using the tab ‘I am a consumer’).

Thanks for the replies
Decided to try Bright App, more than 24hrs later and still got the message "We are now getting your app up and running!"
It can take up to 24hrs etc.
Might give N3rgy.com a try
Can both be used
The Mac address took a bit of finding until a web search revealed is on the bottom of the Chameleon display
