The most I've spent on the charge card is around £3000 and my spend power seems to cap around £9500. I do however have the gold & platinum credit cards so overall I've got a lot of available credit with them.
Maybe just holding a charge card gives higher authority to spend than when you hold several cards? I dunno but £9500 is fine for me, assuming it stays around that level. Will need to try it more and see if it fluctuates much.
Only ever used it twice and both times says ok to £9500.
It does fluctuate over time and you would imagine credit cards, that have a set limit, would impact the variable limit of a charge card... sometimes mine comes up with silly numbers
