Have you recently had a Highview court claim about parking from 2015?

Hi everyone, I'm a journalist putting together a story on all the recent court claims from Highview about 2015 parking charges. Coupon-mad suggested I started a thread to reach more people. Have you had one of these Highview 2015 court claims or a letter before claim or do you know somebody who has? If yes, send me a private message if you're happy to tell me more about your experience. They are genuinely looking for real life cases where people have an old 2015 PCN now dredged up for a LBC or claim.

Thanks @Coupon-mad, I did have a DM from somebody who has been contacted but warned them to be careful who they spoke to.  Now you have vouched for the journalist I shall edit my message.

It will be good to have this exposed in the press. We should refer any HV/Nexus cases, new or old to this thread.

Great to see someone is reporting on these scammers though, I'd love to see the end result! I can certainly talk about OPS and their repeatedly issuing letters before claim for the exact same event, only to drop it when their Dodgy scam was exposed... but on another note, surely the nature of some of these contracts and the way the money is split between PPC and the Agent (not even the land owner) would be of interest as well if anyone has anything on HIGHVIEW?

I do not attract parking tickets but am fully aware about Highview and the wannabee money makers who call themselves Nexus

It's not clear whether this is a 'national' journo or one from the local rag?  Although even local reports can make the nationals via the right contacts or a strong storyline.
