Hi after fighting for a refund for flights cancelled March 2020 I've finally received a proof of payment via BSPLink 16/03/2020 but I haven't received the money and don't even know what to do to get it? Any help please?

BSP (Bank Settlement Plan) is the method used to transfer monies between airlines, booking agents etc.  It used to run on a fortnightly cycle, not sure if that has improved over the years.
I'm not sure you as a consumer can get sight of the BSP transfer.  Guessing you did not book direct with an airline but rather via a travel agent (more likely online ticket seller).

Thanks for your response. So the refund has gone to the travel agent? And I need to contact them?

If you booked via a travel agent you should always have been dealing with the travel agent and not the airline.

The travel agent have your money.
