Failure of Green Energy Network

I was a new customer with the company (Nov 2020), I had paid three direct debit payments before the company went bust! My question is:- At the start of my G.E.N. they received my readings, and following monthly figures. I have not received any form of accounts? on the failure my energy I sent a reading of the as soon as I heard of the failure. My a/c was transferred to EDF Energy. Monthly direct debits have been taken by G E N, so where has this money gone? Also the D/Ds are still being taken, but by whom? Although EDF have set up and account with meter readings I still have not recieved an opening account! I am told that no bills will be forthcoming until October as the account is annual? can anyone please advise me as to my procedure from here please?

The transfer from GNE to Edf has been as very slow affair - only yesterday did I get notification from Edf of my account number and tariff. They confirmed the tariff as being Welcome 5 which is what I had been expecting.You are much further down the line than I am. I am told to expect (for info) a closing account for GNE.
The DD to GNE continued to be taken until last month - my bank account now shows that DD to be cancelled. No new Edf DD has been set up. Double check your online bank account.
The DD's will all be credited.
Are you confusing the October date with the Edf statement that they will maintain or better the GNE rates till end of September.
I see you are taking monthly reads onto the Edf portal OK . From that info and your tariff you should be able calculate
Keep on looking at the Edf portal.

Yesterday I received the notification of my account number and tariff from EDF.
I tried to register, but it claims that my email address already exists. I was once an EDF customer before GNE. Might this be confusing things? I also have have a Feed In Tariff account for solar panels. This should be a fairly common situation but maybe this also causes difficulties.
Anyway, I tried to contact them, but there is no CHAT working despite what the screen says. And the phone delay is apparently very long.
Any suggestions what to do next?0 -

Finally I've had an account number. And like above I was with EDF before GNE. Not an issue re-registering with EDF with the same email.

What has confused though is I had an email through the Energy Club tonight saying that there is a better tariff for me from "Green" .......is this Green Energy? It doesn't make sense to me0 -

My problem has been resolved now.
They had not deleted me when I left EDF before, so their system was confused. It's now deleted and all is well!!0
