Kent Reliance pay in

Hi all this is my first post so be kind. I have just opened a savings account with Kent Reliance and the Confirmation of payee doesn't find a match. I know it's a NatWest account, can anyone advise what the name should be. I am awaiting for a reply from Kent Reliance, but a payment has to be made within 7 days of opening.
Thanks in advance

You can use any name you like, it won't make a difference. You can just ignore the CoP messages and pay anyway. The only things that count are the sort code, the account number, and the Reference if KRBS have given you one to use.

If you want to be 100% certain that you used the correct sort code / acct no / Ref, sent £1 first, and the rest [to the same payee] after you have confirmed the money has arrived.
  • Thanks, someone else suggested that to me, but to get a preferential rate I need to pay in a lot more

I remember Kent reliance used to allow debit card payment to their saving account. I have not used debit card payment for a long time. Just recently I tried to pay into KRBS saving account it seems this option has been removed ?, I could not find any button or menu that allow people to pay by debitcard.
Does anyone know if we could still pay using debitcard payment into saving ac ? thx

The online debit card deposit facility has been removed. I believe you can still make deposits by debit card in a KRBS Branch.

They can be a pain, Opened an ISA 2 years ago and took me calling 15 plus times for them to request the money from old isa.
I got £50 and ISA backdated to the day it should have been opened.
I am dreading getting my money out in 8 weeks time.
