PFP energy v poor service
They keep promising to contact but they never do despite me sending many emails. Then they write they tried phoning at 03.50 which they did not as I have phone beside bed. Billing is terrible. Despite telling them metre readings on time they add their own. They Even sent someone out to house but he confirmed my readings were correct

Anyone aware how Martin’s decide on service of an energy company. If it is poor, good etc0

I've found PfP's service to be fine. I submit my readings when they request and I get a correct bill a few days later. That's really all I ask of an energy provider.

I tried to switch to them for gas only, called and they took my details, but they never got back to me. So my only experience with them and their customer service has been negative.1
