There is no connection change: Sky to Now TV is just a billing change. Like BT to Plusnet. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Owned by Sky. Now Broadband is just Sky Broadband in different colours.

Perhaps the OP is moving from Sky ADSL to Now FTTC and the cabinet is showing ‘waiting list’, but as others have pointed out , Sky and Now TV are effectively the same company , so if this isn’t a change of technology ( ADSL to FTTC or vice versa ) then it’s just a billing change , if a new router is supplied , AFAIK, it’s just ‘cosmetic’ branding , and unless the phone number is being changed,( although there is no need to change it ) how would you know if the changeover has been effected ?0

Now will run on a Sky router. Mine was switched a day early, before the router was changed, and the service was uninterrupted. No free lunch, and no free laptop
