Can anyone recommend a good insurance company that offers a good rent guarantee insurance for a landlord? My father has one property and is looking not to be out of pocket should he have to go down the tenant eviction process. I think a minimum period of 12 to 15 months for rent guarantee is our current thinking.

Thoughts or suggestions?
