Is there a travel insurance that will cover you if one of your party can’t travel ( tests positive for COVID before either the out going or return flight )?

  • I would have a look at Staysure.  Having a chat with them (or any other companies) detailing exactly what you want would be first step.  Second is to scrutinize the policy details under a microscope before the 14 day cooling off period ends.

    Do you mean all in the party to be able to cancel or delay return if one gets covid?
    You may all have to   be on the one policy.
    You need to read the wording of the policy document to ensure you understand what cover you have.
    Also, make sure any other cover is what you need as well.

    Thankyou , Tedber- I’ve had a look at Staysure and it looks like their policy will cover everything except the cost of quarantine( if the country we are visiting goes on the Red list - whilst we are away )
