Post IVA - bank fees repayment
Hi all
I had an IVA between 2014 and 2017 which was paid off in a full and final settlement as I was made redundant.
At the time, I signed something to say that any PPI I received post IVA would need to be paid into the IVA even though it had been settled.

I have recently had a letter from my former bank saying they have reviewed my interest charges and I am due a refund. How much I don’t yet know. My question would be do I need to pay this back into my IVA or not?
Thanks

No, you are only required to pay PPI refunds back to your IP.
This is a refund for charges, so totally different.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
