    My partner is divorced. As part of the financial settlement, he was allocated the house. The mortgage company refused to agree to her babe being removed from the mortgage and has not been removed from the land registry/deeds..
    He is now selling the house and expyects her to be difficult about signing the legal paperwork. My question is whether the court order means that her name can be removed from the deeds, whether the mortgage company has to agree, at what part of the process they have to agree and how eg in a letter. Also, crucially, how long this may take at the moment.
