Renovation building insurance

I've just bought a flat in London and need building insurance while I renovate and prepare for re-sale, about 2-3 months, any ideas who insures this type of property? :rolleyes:

As this is a fairly short term need cannot you approach the building insurers for the block of flats and negotiate an extensionof their policy ?0
