Euro Car Parks PCN fine
So I have received a “pcn” fine from euro car parks for overstaying the allowed time limit 06:00-20:00 by 30mins. I don’t want to pay it but I also don’t want a ccj on my file or even have to pay full 100£. I have appealed it through them and it was rejected. If I take it to popla I don’t have good enough reason for appeal to be accepted and if I loose I have to pay full £100. Any suggestions? As said don’t really wanna ignore it as everyone on here suggests as they won’t let it go and it will cost more

Post in the sub forum Parking Tickets etc as you’ll get a lot more traffic there2

As you are using the “fine” word and telling us you have already appealed, you have probably made some fundamental mistakes that won’t help you any.
It is imperative that you go to the Parking Tickets board and start by carefully reading the Newbies Sticky to inform yourself properly and see what your remaining options are,1
