I booked a package holiday back in Nov 2019. I paid it monthly and all payments were made.
Since then I had to change the dates due to COVID.
Back in Feb 2021 I had to cancel the holiday due to personal reasons. Since the. I’ve been told two different time frames as to when I will receive my refund (partial) I’ve rung endless amounts of times. On hold for anywhere from 40 mins to 1 hour before speaking to anyone. ( currently on hold to them again today)
wgst can I go about the refund?

WGST ??I would send an LBA letter before action/claim ( google for templates . Might just shake them up a bit .0
