Experience day cancelled due to Covid

Options
We purchased an experience day in May 2019, booked the day in August for following April, this was then cancelled due to Covid, we received and extension on the voucher and rebooked for November adding another 3 to the group.  Again this was cancelled due to Covid.  We have called now to rebook and they have said all they can off is May and can only go midweek, this is not possible as we are travelling over 100 miles to get there and cannot get the time off work.  We have asked now for a refund and they have refused saying it is our fault for not using the voucher, has anyone know if we are entitled to a refund?

"this was cancelled due to covid"

Who cancelled the April and November bookings? You or them?

Also having issues with them had  an afternoon tea and spa for Christmas 2019 but Covid closed the spa when the date was getting close to expire we extended it but when we went to do a further extension due to Covid I am sure it was saying that it was automatic due to Covid, have now booked it for July but the voucher now says its expired, can't get hold of them by phone as requested by the spa and their web contact is taking 7 days so not sure what is going on as it was £180 feel more than miffed if they say its our fault we didn't go.

You are entitled to a refund if your event is postponed and you cannot make the new date.
Unfortunately there is no guarantee you'll get the refund. As like me, you might need to accept that it's just gone.
