Postcode lottery

Postcode lottery have cancelled my account, without telling me, at end of February...
No payments have been taken and (luckily) no winnings missed
But reason appears to be a change in procedures (We used to pay with VISA and they are now requiring a DD) Why didn't they tell us, rather than just cancelling the account ?

    Have you checked that they did not actually try to tell you (eg emails which have gone into junk)? Also, how often do you log into the account? I am wondering if the messages were also in the account, but as you did not log in you did not see them?

    On the plus side their actions have save you money, so there is an upside.
