Igloo Energy - Pioneer Tariff

My BG tariff comes to an end soon and Igloo Energy seems to be the top supplier that MSE can switch me to. It doesn't say it anywhere, but can anyone please confirm that this provider/tariff does *not* require me to have smart meters installed?

Igloo prices increased in March, Electricity more than 2p kwh cheaper than 18pkwh rate that someone started a thread on recently, Gas kwh rate cheaper than most as well
