Dishwasher problem

My dishes have started to smell of “wet dog“! Very unpleasant. We have used the intensive wash cycle, a specific dishwasher cleaner fluid, vinegar, baking soda – all to know avail! Can anyone help please?

Have you manually cleaned out the filter trap? How is waste pipe routed?

Also check round the rubber door seals and along the bottom edge where the door swings down. Ours collects sludge along there and I use a teaspoon handle to scrape it out.
