L&G ISA opened via Topcashback

Hi all,
I think I recall one or two other forum members opening an L&G ISA via Topcashback about a year ago, just wondered if anyone had experience of switching out since then and possibly save me a phone call?
It was quite a generous offer, and I had every intention of keeping the account open for 2 years with the required net deposits as per the t&c’s. I see now they are transferring customers to Fidelity, if I decide I don’t want to do this can I switch away without forfeiting the cashback (it was over £100)?
Second query, I have made a contribution to this S&S ISA this tax year. If I transfer this into my LISA at HL, can I now pay into another S&S ISA?
many thanks

IIRC I think @Alexland might have some info on the L&G cash back offer."If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes” Warren Buffett

Thanks George, I did bite the bullet and call today, the advisor on the line checked with his supervisor, neither of them were aware there had ever been a cashback offer, but confirmed they would not seek to recoup it whether I closed the account or transferred elsewhere.Save £12k in 2020 #42 £12,551.25 / £14,000 89.65%0

If they weren't aware of the cashback they can't possibly know what the terms of it were, so they can't possibly 'confirm' they wouldn't seek to recoup it.Reg_Smeeton said:Thanks George, I did bite the bullet and call today, the advisor on the line checked with his supervisor, neither of them were aware there had ever been a cashback offer, but confirmed they would not seek to recoup it whether I closed the account or transferred elsewhere.

Sorry I haven't been around much recently. I can confirm there was no cashback clawback when we transferred our L&G ISAs elsewhere during the first year.george4064 said:IIRC I think @Alexland might have some info on the L&G cash back offer.

Thanks Alex. I’ve just had the paperwork through for L&G selling the holdings at their end and no clawback here either.Alexland said:
