    Just checked and 3 have sold for around £280-£285, but to be honest they are all semi's with drives etc, this is a end terrace on the main road, without a drive.
    I think you have your answer. overpriced for the amenities it has - can either go back to EA/Vendor and ask to meet valuation figure (could also include the above in reasoning) or walk away
    I'd be concerned about trying to find another lender - the price feels like the fundamental issue

    If the former, yes you have affordability problems. If the latter, and your mortgage survey is OK, then it's just your appetite for risk.
    It's the valuation from the lenders when they did the level 2 survey.
