TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Wickes & Absolute Radio – DAB Radio – Online Prize Giveaway” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

 

1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	Online Competition: The prize winners for the online competition will be selected from those persons who successfully answer the online question correctly.   The online winners will be chosen by electronic random draw on 10/05/2021 (online entry period closes at 23:59 on 09/05/2021)   There will be 5 online winners of the competition.

ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.   One entry per person.   Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter.   If you or any other person at your household has won a prize valued at £500 or more on any Bauer brand in the past 6 months, you nor they are not eligible to enter or win this competition. Wickes reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value at any time. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Wickes. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

 

1. MISCELLANEOUS.
   1. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.
   2. Participants cannot enter more than once
   3. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.
   4. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.
   5. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
   6. You are responsible for all costs of entry.
   7. You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.
   8. Whilst on-air, you must not make inappropriate or offensive statements.
   9. As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the Prize.
