New fridge/freezer

Morning all, I have recently bought a new fridge freezer Indesit LD70N1W.1 Fridge Freezer that seems to me to have some kinds of anomalies. The first one is that the fridge is quite noisy especially when the motor/compressor start to run because I can hear a sound like a "clic" that it is very noisy overnight as well. The fridge runs continously each 30/40 minutes even if I don't open the door or at night but speaking with Indesit customer service they told me that this is normal and the noise as well. Yesterday I was noticing on the side of the fridge front door that the gasket it is a little bit detached on the external side of the door and not where the door close on the frodge but I am going to attach a picture to show you.
I was wondering if this is not important or this could affect the normal functions of the fridge because the air could comes in and create a fault inside of the cabinet.
When I spoke with customer service I didn't mention that because I did not notice but I am sure that will say that it is normal because they don't want to spend money to send an engineer.
The fridge has been bought at the end of January this year and it is brand new. Thanks for your support and I hope to hear you soon

I can't really tell what I'm looking at in that photo.
The noise does sound as if it might be normal. The compressor will kick in and out to keep the freezer section down at around minus 18 Celsius, so it running every 35-40 minutes doesn't sound unusual. Have you checked the simple things first: is the unit level and on solid ground? Is it resting against another unit, the back wall or underside of a counter? Does it have the minimum clearances all the way around? If it's in contact with something, the compressor vibration might make it 'buzz' an adjacent surface. If it doesn't have sufficient clearance, it may overheat, meaning the compressor will run more often to keep it cool.1 -
The noise could be normal, some fridges can be pretty loud.
The seal should still be sealed on the inside but it's not uncommon for the seals to become compressed during storage, I had the same on the last fridge I bought and the manufacturer recommended gently warming the seal with a hair dryer to soften the rubber and then it should bounce back to the proper shape, it worked for mine.1 -
Thanks for your gentle reply, I will try to do as you said with the rubber but my concern was about the fact that this could affect the temperature and the normal functions of the fridge but at this point I don't think so. What do you think about it? Thanks againFosterdog said:The noise could be normal, some fridges can be pretty loud.
