Mastercard x The BRIT Awards 2021 on Capital FM, May 2021 – Specific Rules.
1. The Mastercard x The BRIT Awards 2021 promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Saturday 1st May 2021 to Friday 7th May 2021 on Capital FM.

3. To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/,register your details and submit an answer to the multiple choice question provided.
4. Online entry will open at 00.01 on Saturday 1st May 2021 and close at 10.00 on Friday 7th May 2021. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
5. Within 3 days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw. One correct entry will be selected at random and the winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via email OR telephone on the number or email address on which you entered. 11. Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase, NDL Group r reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change.
12. The Uber Eats Food delivery vouchers will be provided in the form of an e-gift card that will be delivered directly to the winner’s email address.
13. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries.
14. For the BRIT Awards 2022 with Mastercard:
a. Winners and their guests must be aged 18 or over.
b. The event is intended but not guaranteed to take place in London in February 2022 (“Event”). The date may be subject to change winner will be informed of the confirmed date one month before the Event.
c. Prize packages (and associated tickets) are personal to the winner(s) and the sale or offering for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets and/or part of any of the prize packages is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace). The Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.
d. Winners and their guests acknowledge and agree that they are subject to the full Terms and Conditions of the tickets which form part of their prize, which will be available to view at www.brits.co.uk/terms-and-conditions in the run up to the Event. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time and may include the requirement for ticket holders to present valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) and/or other forms of identification (such as a debit or credit card) upon entry to the Event to ensure that the ticket holder is the same as the person named on their ticket. Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the Event.
e. Winners and their guests acknowledge and agree that they are subject to the full Terms and Conditions of The O2 (Venue), which can be viewed on the Venue’s website, and the Venue reserves the right to remove any person or refuse any person entry to The BRIT Awards 2022 with Mastercard regardless of whether they have a valid ticket.
f. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents and BRIT Awards Limited are not liable or responsible for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property arising from or caused by the weather, acts of God, war, accident, pandemic or epidemic and any related government action or any other government restrictions or regulations, or from an act or omission of any individual or condition beyond its control. If delivery of any of the prize elements is delayed due to Covid-19, the winners will be notified by the Promoter as soon as possible.
g. The Conditions shall be governed by English law, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
15. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.
16. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.
