Has my building survey report removed my ability to get decent buildings insurance?

When gathering quotes for building insurance, a common question asked is if I’m aware of any issues concerning subsidence, or possible issues with subsidence including any monitoring?

My building survey (RICS 3) makes two statements about the structure:

1)     The external vertical alignment of the solid masonry walls appears acceptable. However, there is noticeable localised historic wall bulging on all elevations which appear stable at the time of the inspection.

then later in the report under risks, it states:

2)     There are areas of localised wall bulge on all elevations, and a raking crack less than 5mm in diameter. The bulge and crack appear historic but should be monitored for signs of further movement.

How do I square that circle, or has my surveyors report significantly impacted any chance of obtaining decent buildings insurance?

You haven't quoted anything from your survey which mentions subsidence. "Movement" isn't necessarily to do with subsidence.
