You are right, and this is what we worry about: setting a wrong precedent and also appearing as misusing the directors' position.

However, there is plenty of space to leave a motorcycle there, as we have about 15 bicycles in either side of the bin store, and there is space in other corners of the shared area.

Why not as directors morbilise to have a nice parking area for motor  bikes just like there is for bikes? This way it’s designated and is not haphazard?
