• Competition opened at 14.00 (2pm) on 30.04.21
• Competition closes at 12:00 (midday) on 25.02.2022 and 3 working days later for postal entries.

1) The prize comprises:
a) An allowance of £100 per person (£200 total) towards UK travel costs made payable to the winner in the form of a BACS transfer;
b) Two (2) nights’ accommodation for two at 5* Brown’s Hotel London, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a Classic Suite on a bed and breakfast basis (Full English Breakfast in the Suite or at Charlie’s at Brown’s) (subject to availability);
c) A welcome bottle of house Champagne on arrival;
d) One signature cocktail per person from the Salvatore Calabrese Menu;
e) Three-course dinner on one evening at Charlie’s at Brown’s from Michelin-starred chef, Adam Byatt’s Menu (includes water only, all other drinks are excluded); and
f) £1000 spending money.
2) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.
3) The prize must be taken and completed by 30th November 2022. The trip cannot be taken over any UK Bank Holidays (15th April 2022, 18th April 2022, 2nd May 2022, 2nd June 2022, 3rd June 2022, 29th August 2022). The prize and its components are subject to availability.
4) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check into the hotel for security deposit purposes.
5) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and their companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines
6) The prize excludes transport, drinks, additional meals, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
7) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the accommodation or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
8) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
9) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
10) A cheque or bank transfer (prize winner’s choice) for the spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the trip booking being confirmed.
11) An allowance towards UK travel costs will be provided to the winner only. The allowance is calculated at a set maximum of £100 per guest and will be made payable to the winner at the time of accommodation booking by the prize provider as a BACS transfer. This travel allowance will be paid to the winner up to a maximum of 2 guests/£200. Neither Channel 5 nor the prize provider are responsible for organising travel arrangements for this prize, it will be the winner’s responsibility to organise this appropriately throughout their stay unless otherwise stated.
