Hi there, got a really dodgy solicitor and he has shown me no correspondence between him and the other sides solicitors, over the last four months, just little bits of info. He has messed things up, kept me in the dark for weeks. Very important court hearing coming up, i demanded that i want to see all emails between him and the other side, to which he has ignored me as usual.. He then has told me he has had a Zoom meeting with the other sides solicitors. I said i would like to see this Zoom meeting. He has sent me a typed piece of paper explaining what was said in the meeting.
I would like to see the actual meeting. Am i allowed to request to see this videoed meeting, surely it would of been recorded as important information.
Thank you very much.. This piece of typed info isn't what i wanted to see.

Apart from which, I doubt that the Zoom meeting would be recorded. It's a bit like expecting there to be a video recording of a face to face meeting. That's why people take notes.3

I disagree, I would fully expect any such meetings to be recorded. Very poor practice if that is not the case.unforeseen said:Apart from which, I doubt that the Zoom meeting would be recorded. Face to face meetings are very rarely recorded. Serves little purpose. Written minutes suffice.IvanOpinion said:
