Adjustment

Hi,

I am awaiting occupational health due to long term sickness.
  I propose to ask for payment whilst I await this with SSP taking into account.
If suspended for bad conduct I would be on full pay .  
So why wouldn't it be reasonable for such awaiting for occupation health and adjustments applied. 

The business is international and cost excuse would flop.

Logical thinking on this?

    What's your company's sick pay policy?  That's really the only guide here.

    In a previous thread of yours here... https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6263162/ssp/p1 you were advised to speak to ACAS, have oyu actually done this? If you haven't then i'd advise you to do that. See link. https://www.acas.org.uk/

    What's your company's sick pay policy?  That's really the only guide here.
    Nothing on this.  But appears if the employer can't argue against due to cost for example.  The remaining on the side diebto disability assessment.  Then I am at a disadvantage .   Think it's one for social work

    They only give information than rummaged ideas.   Or email out information that is on their website.   Website good for process etc but they are not great for developing a case so to speak.
