Hi,
I am awaiting occupational health due to long term sickness.
I propose to ask for payment whilst I await this with SSP taking into account.
If suspended for bad conduct I would be on full pay .
So why wouldn't it be reasonable for such awaiting for occupation health and adjustments applied.
The business is international and cost excuse would flop.
Logical thinking on this?

In a previous thread of yours here... https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6263162/ssp/p1 you were advised to speak to ACAS, have oyu actually done this? If you haven't then i'd advise you to do that. See link. https://www.acas.org.uk/

Nothing on this. But appears if the employer can't argue against due to cost for example. The remaining on the side diebto disability assessment. Then I am at a disadvantage . Think it's one for social workSpoonie_Turtle said:

They only give information than rummaged ideas. Or email out information that is on their website.
