I bought some headphone from the local cash converter store and they were a gift for my dad but theyre no the right colour (infact theyre pink) they looked red in the shop. Can i return them as unwanted? Their terms and conditions talk about faulty products but not unwanted.

You have no right to return unwanted products bought in person.1

Ah i just reread the policy it says change of mind is strictly not accepted.0

Take them back and ask anyway, and tell them the truth, that they didn’t look pink in the shop. They may decide to refund you, or at least give you a credit note.

You could sell them back to Cash Converters - that's how they work. But don't expect to get anything like what you paid for them.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0
