Can i rturn unwanted items to cash converters?

I bought some headphone from the local cash converter store and they were a gift for my dad but theyre no the right colour (infact theyre pink) they looked red in the shop. Can i return them as unwanted? Their terms and conditions talk about faulty products but not unwanted.

You have no right to return unwanted products bought in person.
  • Ah i just reread the policy it says change of mind is strictly not accepted.
  • Take them back and ask anyway, and tell them the truth, that they didn’t look pink in the shop. They may decide to refund you, or at least give you a credit note.

You could sell them back to Cash Converters - that's how they work.  But don't expect to get anything like what you paid for them.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
