Hello
I have a small windscree chip on the passenger side, suspect its from a stone, insurance repair / replacement £85.00, if I claimed, would this affect my renewal quote?

Running dummy quotes my premiums were effected by a windscreen claim when it was coupled with an accident claim (tried the comparisons with no claim, with both and with one or the other), but not when it was the only claim. You could run dummy quotes. Also if it is a repairable chip it may not cost much more to have it repaired privately than through the insurance, if the windscreen needs replacing it will much more likely to be cheaper to do through the insurer.1
