Hello, I been looking all over the internet to find out if I can complain about a Court Appointed Trust? If anyone can help. Where do I complain and to whom?
Any information will be helpful.
Kind Regards,
Ian

It could depend on the nature of the trust and the court that set up the trust, and ultimately what you want to achieve by complaining.
Do you want a new trustee appointed to replace an existing trustee?
What sort of trust is it and which court ordered it setup for what purpose?
Are you a beneficiary of the trust? If not, what interest do you have in the trust? The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0
