Grants and re start grant

my local council are withholding All grant payments from me in a hospitality industry from November 5th 2020 
to current date as they say I am not eligible as I have a striking off order on 6/4/21, surely this is retrospective and after all 
qualifying dates Please help , without this support I will lose my business, today is my last chance.I can make a submission to companies house immediately but ir may not show up straight away.

If you have applied to strike off your company, what business is there to lose?

I have not it is a compulsory strike off as I have not filled something in.  I have indeed been in hospital unwell.

You need to deal with that, and explain matters to the council. So far as they are concerned, the business does not qualify for support as they see it as having ended.
