It's not my parking space, it's an allocated space I started renting recently from the leaseholder... so I believe I don't have much say in this

If you are renting a space then you have rights to that space, and the only t&cs that matter are those in the agreement with the leaseholder.  You have more right to use that space than the parking firm have to step into it, trespass and litter your car, causing a private nuisance to you.

Thanks, anyway I think the matter is deviating a little bit from the initial topic.

The Parking Management Company has my details from a PCN I got some time back (not recently). Because of this security issue, my email was leaked last week and I received scam emails. There is not active parking charge at the moment; it's more about a data breach problem from their part.
