Is hotdeals .com a legit company?

Went to wrong website. Went to hotdeals .com by mistake. Clicked what appeared to be the 'discount code'. Was taken to eBay, and in other tabs: a site selling beds and another saying 'click to unlock code'.
Are they a legit site?

I take that as a no? I've got my firewall on and have done scans with AVG and Malwarebytes - nothing found.
