Using revolver to make a claim help needed!

Options
Hi,

I am just looking to put in claims through revolver for pay day loans.

The problem I have is over the years I took out dozens.

There's no way I will be able to remember all the dates and account numbers. Just too many.

I can remember the company names.

Is there anything I can do about this?

Thanks in advance.

You probably mean Resolver, rather than a revolver, which would be somewhat excessive for a complaint. But don't use either.

Just send your complaint directly to the lenders in question, clearly stating your complaint reasons and giving as much detail as you can.

Although Martin Lewis tends to champion Resolver, its not the best way to make a complaint, companies do tend to just ignore it completely at times.

The lenders you borrowed from will have the financial information stretching back at least 6 years, so as above, make complaints direct, enclosing as much information as you can.

  • Resolver makes money for the owners by selling your data (after being anonymised please note!) to lenders to improve complaint handling etc. You will always do better complaining directly rather than using a third party. Follow the advice from somewhere like Debt Camel
