HSBC app notifications - money in and out?

Hi MSE,
I've just had push notifications for HSBC app enabled on my android device, so that HSBC tell me when I've got money going in or out of my accounts.

That's in theory - in practice it's only notifying me of money going out, even though it should do both. 

Has anyone got notifications going both ways?

Within the app I can see a list of notifications that have been pushed, and it only includes outward transactions (the actual list of transactions is correct).

I suspect the issue here is that you haven’t waited for the notifications being enabled to take effect.

For some kind of backend technical reason, it takes a week for them to be fully enabled for all types of transaction.

Test it out 8 days after enabling them and everything should work.
